1. Scope of Terms and Conditions
1.1 Mozalo Terms and Conditions include all the elements of the business relationship between customers and Mozalo. If no further explanation was made for the contractual relationship between the customer and Mozalo during the ordering process, the rights and obligations of the customers would be determined by the third-party company which represents Mozalo according to the contract.
1.2 In the third-party companies contract, those items premised on on-line shopping, on behalf of customers in business relationship will not be affected by Mozalo Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Mozalo Terms and Conditions will be complemented through the information provided for customers, such as instructions and statements.
1.4 Mozalo.co is owned and operated by GM5 Technology Limited. All transactions are processed by GM5 TECHNOLOGY LIMITED's 100% owned subsidiary, GM5EU TECNOLOGY Ltd. addressed at BLUE SQUARE HOUSE,272 BATH STREET, GLASGOW, SCOTLAND, G24JR, with GM5 TECHNOLOGY LIMITED addressed at ROOM 1508, 15/F., HING YIP COMMERCIAL CENTRE, 272-284 DES VOEUX ROAD CENTRAL, HONG KONG.
If you reside in a country within the European Union, these terms are an agreement between you and GM5EU TECNOLOGY Ltd. Under this agreement, goods and/or services will be delivered via GM5EU TECNOLOGY Ltd as an agent of GM5 Technology Limited or GM5 Technology Limited, depending on the type of payment method used for the purchase of the goods and/or services. If you reside in any other country, then these terms are an agreement between you and GM5 Technology Limited and goods and/or services will be delivered by GM5 Technology Limited directly
2. Registration
2.1 You should warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Persons under 18 are not permitted to register in Mozalo.
2.2 The customers are required to disclose some information completely and correctly to Mozalo for registration, e.g. full name, current address and phone number (no value-added service number), a valid e-mail address (one mail address can register only one account).
2.3 Customer could modify the register information after logging in the website. Customer is even obliged to correct the account informationt immediately if there's some change.
2.4 Customer is solely responsible for the security of the password. Password disclosure to third parties is prohibited. Customer is solely responsible for all actions made under his account. If the password has become known to unauthorized persons, the customer must change the password immediately.
2.5 Mozalo will never reveal the password of a customer to third parties or ask a customer for a password via e-mail or phone calls .
3. Contract and Payment
3.1 The ordered products may differ slightly from the pictures presented in the website, (especially for the on-line products), such as color difference, but it is reasonable because of technical reasons.
3.2 There will not be special notice for changes in specifications.
3.3 Customer are obliged to pay customs duty and import sales taxes levied by their country eventually. This includes but not restricted to, duties, taxes and additional fees levied by courier services.
3.4 Customers could pay via Credit Card, Paypal, Moneybookers, Bank Transfer and Western Union.
4. Reservation of ownership
4.1 Mozalo retains ownership of all contracted items until all payments are settled according to contract.
4.2 If the customer is in breach of contract, even has been reminded by Mozalo but still do not fulfill his obligations, Mozalo reserves the ownership of the contracted item. Mozalo is also entitled to cancel the order and request the customer to return the contracted item. In this case, customer should be responsible for the shipping costs. If the customer agrees to return the item and the item is in the original condition, he will get a full refund. But if the item is damaged, the customer should pay for the cost.
4.3 If the business relationship between Mozalo and the customer are proceeding on the basis of current accounts, the reservation of ownership shall include all goods in stock to ensure them receivable.
5. Shipping and Receiving
5.1 All products will be checked prior to shipment and packed with care. Mozalo will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment.
5.2 If the provided address information is inaccurate or incorrect and result in settlement fees, the buyer must return the fees.
5.3 The dresses need around 10-14 days to be tailored.
1.Mozalo Standard Shipping
We need 8-14 days for packaging and delivery (no customs charges). You may need to wait 18-28 days to receive the dress if you choose this shipping method.

If you urgently need the dress, we recommend you choose DHL service.
2.DHL
It takes 4-6 days for packaging and delivery.
You may need to wait 14-20 days to receive the dress. If you choose this option, you need to pay for a few custom charges. Mozalo will not be responsible for these customs charges.

6. Return Policy
Before returning the items, please read and follow the instructions below. With us you can not try the dresses on before you buy them. All the dresses are custom tailored and treated carefully.
6.1 Order Cancellation
Ordering a dress for your occasion is a very important decision, and our cancellation policy was proposed with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our clothing and some accessories are custom-made, and the materials can not be reused once the production process has begun, The good news is that after placing your order, you still have time to change your mind. Please refer to the cancellation policy below.
6.1.1 Orders cancelled after payment confirmation are eligible for a partial refund, consisting of full shipping cost and 40% of the product price.
6.1.2 Once your ordered products have been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.

* If you receive an email from mozalo.de with title of "Order Confirmation", it means that your order has been confirmed.
6.2 Return for exchange or refund
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We recommend you check the package on receipt to insure that the clothing has been made to your order specifications. Try the dress on as soon as possible, without removing the hangtag, altering or washing. If you are unhappy with your purchase and need to return it to Mozalo for any reason, please follow the steps below:
6.2.1 Please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your package.
6.2.2 Once your request has been processed by Customer Service, they will provide you with a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return.
6.2.3 Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.
6.3 Defective, Damaged, or Mis-shipped items.
You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. But you must ship it back to us via ordinary mail. Otherwise we can not refund the shipping cost.
If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery courier and then contact our customer service.
6.4 Sizing or Fitting Issues
As all of our dresses and clothing are hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately 2.5cm in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailor has created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.
6.5 Item is not the size you ordered
Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than 2.5cm, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for the tailoring costs, no more than 100% of the dress price. If you choose this option, please remember to request for a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement. However, we will not refund all the cost of the dress.
6.6 Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit
Dresses or clothing that does not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses and clothing is made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
Please note: If your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
6.7 Color Aberration
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Mozalo.co.uk. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
6.8 Return Policy
If the item you received has problem in quality, size error exceeds 2.5cm, please contact us within 7days of receiving the item. We will not deal with your request if you contact us more than 7 days after your receiving the item.
We will send a return form to you on receipt of you request.
Please fill in the form as soon as possible and send it with photos to us by email.
We will evaluate if the product could be returned. If your return request has been accepted, we will give you an address to return the product, but you should pay for the shipping cost temporarily, and we will give you an answer after receiving and confirming the returned product.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 The information of Customer stored by Mozalo are related to order processing . Personal data will be required for order processing.
7.2 We collect information from you upon your agreement. The personally identifiable information we collect on our website is used so that we can provide you with efficient, meaningful, and customized shopping experiences.
7.3 Mozalo will not share customer's personal information with third parties, excluding the service partners(such as couriers), we disclose information to help them perform services. In these cases, we will try best to disclose the minimum amount of personal data.
7.4 The customer has the right of knowing, correcting, blocking and deleting his stored data. The customer could ask for deletion of his data. He also has the right to ask for any of his stored personal data. If any legal or contractual obligations preclude the information storage, the data will be locked.
8. Feedback System
8.1 The members of Mozalo has one way to make assessment about the items.
8.2 Members are required to make the assessment posted with accurate information complying with law. The members' assessment must be objective and must not contain any defamatory criticism.
8.3 Mozalo reserves the right to delete or modify the assessment at any time.
9. Termination of Services
The customer can terminate his membership at any time by giving notice to Mozalo, likewise Mozalo is entitled to terminate a customer's membership by Notification without giving reasons at any time.
10. Updates to Terms and Conditions.
Mozalo reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions any time without giving reasons.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
