1. How long does delivery take?

Normally, the dress needs around 7 days to be tailored. You have 2 choices for delivery:

DHL:

3 days for packaging and delivery. You may need to wait around 10 days to receive the dress. If you choose this option, you need to pay for a few custom charges. Mozalo will not be responsible for these customs charges. 

Mozalo Standard Shipping:

8-14 days for packaging and delivery . You may need to wait 18-28 days to receive the dress if you choose this shipping method.
In this case, you do not need to pay for custom fee. 

If you urgently need the dress, we recommend you choose credit card, PayPal, or Moneybookers to pay for your order.
 

2. Which countries do you deliver to?


We can ship any of our products to any countries.
 

3. How much do I have to pay for import duty?

DHL: You need to pay for the duty.
Mozalo Standard Shipping: Duty-free.
 

4. How is the quality of the dress?

Mozalo has 33 years of experience in dress production and ensures the quality of each dress. We hope each customer can get a perfect dress.
 

5. How can I choose my size to order? How should I get my measurement?

6. I only have my UK/US size, and how should I choose my Europe size when ordering the dress?

 

Please refer to the Size Chart of Mozalo and choose your Europe size to order.

 

7. What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Card, Paypal, Moneybookers, Bank Transfer, and Western Union.
If you urgently need the dress, we recommend you choose credit card, paypal, or moneybookers to pay for your order.

9. If the dress does not fit me, what can I do?

All the dresses are hand-sewn and independently tailored, so it is reasonable that the finished dress may vary by approximately 2.5 cm.
 

(1). Item is not the size you ordered

If the size error exceeds 2.5cm, we recommend you to find a local tailor to make alteration. In this case, we will gladly reimburse you for the tailoring costs, no more than 100% of the dress price. If you do so, please do not forget to request a receipt from the tailor and send it back to us. However, Mozalo will not refund all the cost of the dress.

(2). Your item is the size you ordered but does not fit

Dresses or clothing that does not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses and clothing are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.

Please note: If your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
