1. Customize Dresses

As a professional special occasion dresses (Hollywood star dresses, evening dresses, ball gowns, cocktail dresses, party dresses, prom dresses, dancewears) online shop, Mozalo also offers customize dress service. If you have specific requests for the products you are going to buy, or if you want to get a same dress as other pictures, you can choose this service.

2. How can I order a dress made to my measurements?

1. If the default sizes in Mozalo do not fit you very well, you can select custom size on the product page when ordering. Of course, we need your correct measurements (bust, waist, hips, shoulder to floor). Please refer to Size Chart and How to Measure.
You can leave us a message in the order if you have further requests.

2. You can also send us photos of other dresses via email to en@mozalo.com. We will give pricing.

3. How long does it take to tailor a custom dress?

It takes about 14 days, same as the standard size dresses.

4. Do I need to pay extra for custom dresses?

1. When you order a custom size dress with Mozalo, you need to pay extra € 21.00.

2. If you need us to tailor the dress according to your own pictures, we will offer a reasonable price. You do not to pay for additional costs.
